We bought this couch 4 years ago, and it was wonderful. It looked so nice in our apartment, it was comfortable and classy. Everything you could want in furniture. Today we're shopping to replace it. The cushions are so warped out of shape that no matter how much we try to compensate, to sit on the couch is more comfortable than sitting on the hardwood floor with a pillow. The foam inside the cushions started to deform after the first year so we tried to shift the foam around, add pillows and more foam to compensate for the large divots. Today, the couch looks like something out of a Picasso painting and is, in my opinion, unusable. The ottoman's held up wonderfully, though, go figure. If you're looking for something to last a while I'd look elsewhere.
